Bridging Grace

Bridging Grace's mission is to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ by providing charitable supportive services to individuals and families in the local East Bay community. Our aim is to not only meet tangible and essential needs, but also to bridge those in need with others who feel called to provide.

We primarily deliver to families in need that reside in the East Bay Area (Hayward, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, and Castro Valley), especially those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, those with young children, and those in low income housing.
